As we near the winter season, we urge you to place spare parts orders now—many of the Italian vendors will close for the winter holiday at the end of December and in the New Year, so no orders can be processed until after they return back to the office. 

Each machine in your quarry has regularly scheduled maintenance, which varies from machine to machine. Quarry owners and operators should perform some daily, weekly or monthly maintenance services for all of the equipment to ensure that everything is running correctly. 

The last thing you want to happen is to experience extended downtime because you haven’t stocked up on your quarry machine’s spare parts and need to wait for an item to be shipped.

Losing a machine because it needs to be repaired can be costly. A stall in production costs you man-hours sawing, extracting, drilling stone, etc. You want to get out in front of that, and we can help you.

When To Order Spare Parts

The top quarry machines on the market come primarily from Italian vendors, those parts can be overnighted from Italy, but will typically take 2-3 days before they reach your facility. However, certain items might be on backorder, and those will obviously take much longer.

Once we receive a quote from the vendor, we will contact you with the price of the parts and shipping, and then we can move forward to have the parts shipped to your facility.
